      Cons

      Senior colleagues who does not belong to team interupts in HR process. Top performers identified for layoff. Senior colleagues who does not add value to business has been retained.

      Please do a analysis of cost for the resource who is not adding value to business during layoffs.

      * annual equity approx 2000 usd which can be vested after 1 year * capital markets domain * bonus and hikes are good * cab service charges rs 750 for regular shift and free cabs for other shifts * pool, TT and in house cafeteria (limited options) * work from home * full reimbursement of kids plays school expenses/fees for female employees and male employees also get some % reimbursement. * no formal test case documentation....
