CRO brand name, Flexibility in hours and being able to work from home (conditions apply)made it easy schedule around bad commutes and personal business..The quality of work is not noted. It's all about quantity and metrics.

management not transparent and work for employee betterment. Employees should be motivated. be more flexible, listen to their employees and offer solutions when they have too much to handle and offer more opportunities for promotion. no benefit apart from salary.. lot of internal politics, work not appreciated..high iteration rate, most of employee dont stay there for more than one year..and they say best CRO

Excellent benefits Allowed to work from home when not traveling

No work/life balance Workload not sustainable; I worked 65-70 hours every week (includes every weekend) to get the job done and done properly. I finally quit because I could not continue at this pace

Decent PTO, 401k match is nice. Remote/Work from home option for some areas.

Cons

Work/Life balance doesn't exist, extremely high expectations as you gain more experience, high work loads, some areas have great schedules and autonomy while other departments have very demanding workloads, new benefits increase for 2018 makes the employee contribution 3 times the amount it used to be, very little opportunity for advancement once you reach a certain level. So much micromanagement and very top heavy organization.

-Good work/life balance -Coworkers/Teamwork atmosphere -Fun work activities (tailgates, happy hour, etc.) -Decent benefits -Flexible work schedules if necessary and opportunity to work from home

-$$$--pay is considerably lower for this department compared to other CROs which leads to a lot of turnover -very stressful workload at times

Peers are nice Pay is decent Medical benefits aren't too bad Work from home day once a week (but can't be Monday or Friday)

Cons

This place feels so corporate, and not in a good way. Extremely political, it's all about brown-nosing and sucking up. Many of the directors are unpleasant and narcissistic. Extremely process driven as the company is constantly audited. A lot of cuts, but a little at a time so it doesn't become public. Lack of job stability, growth, and poor morale.
