    Pros

People you work with in same difficult spot, no end in sight. New executive hires might help slow the degrading environment but will not solve the issues.

    Cons

Culture disappearing in merger, resourcing not keeping pace with workload or intensity, work/life balance issues, antiquated management styles, good old boy network

I worked at INC Research full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - Competitive Pay - Some good people - Decent systems - Good Reporting

    Cons

    - Cutthroat, snake-filled management structure (Smile to your face, trash you behind your back) - Opportunity for advancement is possible, but only if you kiss the ring. - Short-Sided organizational focus (Plug holes in the life-raft, don't build new boats) - Work on weekends expected. - Very paranoid about telecommuting (1 Day a week, no Monday, No Friday, not at busy times, not around holidays, etc) - High pressure environment - Bad attitude on work/life balance ("You have a job, and you are alive still right?")

I have been working at INC Research full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Colleagues are nice, a true sense of wanting to help bring new drugs to market.

    Cons

Not sure where to start. Very top heavy, too many managers and directors, not enough focus on the people who drive the company. Salaries are a joke, progression is worse. Management are bullies and blackmail is apparent. There is no winning and no support from HR. Training is not given, workloads are too high, the company expects too much to the point of asking for everybody to work for free in their own time to meet deadlines on projects you do not work on. Recruitment seems non existent and employee retention is laughable. Don’t be sucked in by this company. Work life balance, if you give a meter they will take a mile. Do your hours and go home as they will not thank you for it. PDMs are expected to work every hour available. Heaven forbid you get pregnant, wave goodbye to career opportunities that do not even exist really anyway.

    Pros

Week off from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day, great company culture, great quality training provided to employees and great work/life balance

    Cons

No room for growth in company, raise were not too great, no sign on bonus, management sometimes we’re stand offish.
