I have been at INSZoom for over two years now and my experience has been a great one. I have an amazing, collaborative team, who supports me, and we achieve projects together. In the past two years, I have learnt a lot from my colleague working from the headquarters and my manager too. There’s tight alignment between teams that reflects in the product to ensure our product develops in a way that our customers want. The company is focused on rewarding good work and employee career development. My manager has facilitated opportunities for me to grow here and has been a major contributor to my success. It further gives you a transformative opportunity to not just do great work but be a part of a company that is the thought leader in its industry. Employees and management are kind here – and I work with genuinely kind and empathetic people. I can say that I wake up excited to come to work every day!
Cons
There are many of us working from India in a shift to support our U.S. counterparts. It would be great if the company provided late night travel arrangements.
