As an ex-employee of iocod infotech pvt ltd with more than 3 years of work experience, I can confidently say that it was a wonderful experience working there. The company's work culture is supportive and inclusive, and I always felt valued as an employee. The management team is dedicated and passionate about the work they do, and they go above and beyond to support their employees. The company provides excellent training and development opportunities, and I was able to grow both personally and professionally during my time there. Overall, I would highly recommend iocod as an employer. It was a great place to work, and I am grateful for the experience and the relationships I formed while working there.

Before 1-2 year they have good work environment and friendly atmosphere is there. That time company was more flexible

They changed their policies and now there is no flexibility and good work culture. Not a good place for long term working.

I have been working as a javascrpt developer in icocod infotech for last 3 years.. The work culture is quite good, you get to interact with a lot of mentors, and to learn from them

This company is growing. Provided great learning opportunities to newbie developers like me. I joined here as a fresher. I can’t think of any cons.
