      Pros

      Certain teams have great bonding.

      Cons

      - No travel opportunity for Indian employees. - Very tough to climb up in leadership ladder in India. The top management doesn't want any outsider amongst them. - 5 days work from office. The orders are imposed as if the employees are slaves. - The leadership head conducts townhalls only to contradict their own statements. Once we were told hybrid model is here to stay. In the next one, wfo is the only option. - If an employee isn't working from office, his contribution is not considered. - Townhalls only talk about CSR initiatives and nothing about the organization and it's performance. - The top management takes things personally and don't bat an eyelash before shouting at their employees. - Height of favouritism. - LDPs are being given all the opportunities. No regard for experienced employees.

      Good pay.. Average work.. No weekend work.. Good for those cmng from companies which are already treating their employees as slaves..here it's slightly better..

      Cons

      Worst management.. No spine in HR.. No openness..... Negative bubble.. Oldies rule this empire and you cnt challenge them and no respect for people.. No tech trainings.. Micromanagement if you are extremely lucky

      - Pay is decent .

      Cons

      1. They provide 22 leaves in India which is less than what is offered by other companies. 2. The upper management does not react well to criticism. 3. There is a lot of politics. HR department is weak .Either they do not respond to your issues or they make you wait long enough that you stop asking for updates or resign . 4. Difference in policies for Indian and Foreign employees (They are not following WFO all 5 days while Indian employees are being forced to) 5. Everything is upto your manager .You are lucky if you get a good one ,if not there is nobody to listen to you. 6. No concrete policies ( Some are following WFO, some are not ,depends on your manager ) 7. No vertical growth 8. Townhalls in particular are annoying . They contradict their own statements like WFH is there to stay and then you are forced to join office all days . If your questions are difficult they will be answered along the lines that you are paid well so this is just how it's going to be.
