      Nothing really. All benefits they offer you can get from other companies.

      Cons

      - Onnerous contracts on your part. Do not fall for it. - Holidays are hard to plan with them. - all transactions need to have a monetary benefit for the boss. - No trainings. Boss not really considerate . Maybe 1% . -

      Scammers all of them not honest people use you to make money Worst company in Luxembourg Don't even deserve a rating of one

      Cons

      The management treat you like slave no human touch since you are from third world countries. They harass you and call your family. You sign a bond of 25k or more and after a few months you're terminated and you need to pay back the bond. A lot of court cases ongoing... If you contact the law firms in Luxembourg they already have at least one case against IQ Solutions
