      Pros

The work culture is really awesome The processes, trainings, the SOPs, an employee is of free will to learn anything new. No stereotypical approach, we can always suggest and give our feedback on the process improvement. The global team is really wonderful However workwise it's also hectic but then again depends on manager as equal distribution of work should be done not just overburdening the good workers

      Cons

-as this being ideal company there are many senior members working for more than 2 decades settled which presumably gives them some upper hand and they not using such privileges for unbiased management..some of such managers are really biased and do not completely justifies work culture set by Iqvia. Some of such managers do not encourage talent performance, one can raise a voice in such matter Iqvia policies are really open for this however as we all want good relationships in industry we succumb for such situations. Even such managers do not support for IJP

      Iqvia global delivery centre

4 Apr 2021 - Senior Consultant, HEOR in Gurgaon, Haryana, Haryana

      Pros

Good global exposure in pharma domain and old employees can get away without working at all.

      Cons

Too much control by internal stakeholders in uk and India office employees are just virtual assistants. Also there are no well defined workflow or expectations of client. The stakeholders will send negative feedback to everyone but you... And you get to know much later. The local management in India are just redundant employees who don't really have any clue of the project but still you will be reporting to them - they are happy with free salary and just want to be mentioned in mails. The project timelines for indian employees is a small fraction of the actual timeline to bring down the operation costs example for a 200 hour project you get only 40 hours to get the job done as a result you have to work overtime just to reach utilisation target. It is basically a captive bpo where the global stakeholders will have full power over you even though they do not have much experience. The local management just wants to show that their department is fetching massive business but they have no idea about the work itself and care about showing fantastic numbers. If you have self esteem I would not recommend iqvia to you. I had to leave the organisation in 6 months.
