    Pros

Good work life balance if you are not in projects.
    High intitial salary.

    Cons

Salary growth is really poor even if you are promoted timely. No or little opportunities outside isro as work experience acquired will be in a very narrow field.

Amazing colleagues to work with (however highly dependent on which project you are staffed in)

    Cons

Entire experience would be dependent on which boss and which project and also what you want out of it all.
