      Great atmosphere, but not much room for professional growth

      Pros

      ITAC is a very fast paced environment with exposure to a lot of different types of projects. It is a great atmosphere to learn new things.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of room to grow professionally. Job roles remain very static.

      Pros

      People are pretty nice and the president of the company seems to be a genuine guy. Overall reasonable expectations of their folks.

      Cons

      Leadership was okay for a small company, but is inadequate for the growth they are pursuing. Too many people have grown with the company into leadership positions and just don't have the knowledge or vision to effectively run the company in an effectively and efficient manner.
