Hi guys, I am a technical architect with more than 13 yoe in infosys. This is posted from a friends profile as i am not able to access my account. My current CTC is 16.I have an offer from a start up for 36lpa. Given the current market craze, I am wondering what to ask ITC infotech during my upcoming HR discussion. Heard even though the offer is for bangalore location, ITC is allowing WFH. Please suggest. Thanks, Siddhartha
Can anyone pls tell me why employee working at ITC infotech required to work from client location? Is there no space at their own office or any specific reason? And also whether it's more toxic environment at client side with full of work pressure as they are going to treat you as third party labour.

Hey everyone, I have only a week left to join new company , currently I am holding two offers (Landisgyr and ITC Infotech). I am having 9 YOE and I am bit confused to join among both of them as one is product based another is service based and both are offering same CTC. Please suggest which one would be good as per the policies/ career growth and job security /work life balance.
