Pros
Very good company to work
Cons
Too many people are there
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Very unlike government work, quite varied and dynamic work.Work atmosphere is good, less politics unlike other government agencies. Work-life balance can be achieved as the working hours are 7-8 only. Compensation is average but the plus factor happens if one opts for government housing, which sometimes can be good and far cheaper than outside housing. The difference of the govt housing rental rates and an equivalent in the market can then be considered as a CTC.
Cons
Lack of clear strategic direction. Personal growth for expatriates is restricted. Pay scale is kind of constant forever until HR laws change. Compensation is ok but expect no growth.
