Senior HR plays politics. She is trusted by bosses but she takes undue advantage of powers given to her. She only uplift those employees who agrees with everything she says and become a people pleaser to her. She try to dominate everyone and bosses does not see any problem in that.

Very rude behaviour of Senior HR and has bossy nature. Company's CTO, CEO are also very rude, they will smile on your face but ready to to politics on your back. They don't care about your personal situation. So much of pressure is here. No policies for employee's betterment. Management doesn't help you in any case instead they will pull your legs.
