Pros

-Nothing about this company is good everything is wrong

Cons

-I applied for the day position hours work between 6am-6pm; on the day of orientation they forced us to sign a form saying we have to be available for 24/7; I have been working non stop graveyard shifts; they keep giving me the wrong schedule; I have told them many times I am not available to work 24/7 but they did not listen -forced unwanted shifts on me -this is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for -management is horrible they are constantly on your case -head office treats as replaceable objects -you are under paid -you will be over worked -you will work 24/7 round the clock -you will never be appreciated -they will be little you in front of staff -non stop graveyard shifts -they do not know how to make a schedule -management does not care for their employees -no morale -stressful work life -no sense of price working here -the benefit package is not useful not good at all -no such thing as work life balance -they will hire you for something else and when you come in you will be forced to do tasks a job that you did not sign up for -they make you cover other peoples departments because there is no coverage -HIGH TURNOVER everyone quits -you will witness people breaking down -customers will treat you like crap -management are baboons -they actually expect students to quit going to school and force them to work there -are no accommodating -they purposely keep switching people from department to department -they fire people for no cause; such as they fired someone because the phone was disconnected mistakenly by an error -do not work here, if you want to work here you have to be available 24/7 -A lot of people walked out and since I started -The management are rude and cunning -Staff have meltdowns and breakdown because of the hours, roles, and management -the worst departments are Monthly, RM and Payments for Notices -After the probation period the management become even more psychotic and crazy; they will be on your case even regarding nothing -the force people who are not able to work graveyard shifts to work graveyards. And also the individuals who want to work graveyard are not able to; makes no sense
