      The money of course. High HMO premium. WFH.

      Cons

      The stress at work and messy management. No definite process. So many pointing fingers whenever something happens. Complaints whenever they see you not extend your work hour. What work-life balance?

      Pros

      The organization does not stop in improving their services to their employees. Casual environment. Flexible schedule. Paid OT. Permanent WFH for most remote job roles.

      Cons

      So many rooms for improvement like: HR, Healthcare partner, bonuses, appraisal, other monetary and non-monetary benefits. A global market that does not send employees to work overseas because they are cutting cost instead of widening the opportunities for the employees to grow their career and taste a better life.

      university students hired for low pay

      Cons

      work overload you work up to 12 hours sometimes you have very early meetings like 5 or 6 am or very late meetings like 8 or 10 pm wages are low because they hire a lot of college students they are very disorganized in everything, they have a lot of projects and they don't respect anything.
