Pros
Working culture was great, Timely salary as well as bonus. Professionalism & care for our work life balance. My team was cooperative & helpful. Senior management used to conduct meetings and motivates us in participating and learning how we as company can improve day by day which gave us personalized touch & attention.

During my tenure never felt such thing but there is always room for improvement, and they do follow such step for compay as well as employee growth so no cons.

This is not such a good company to work with. Worst HR management, no benefits, delay in hikes that too with, no proper standard policies. NO career growth... etc there are many issues with this company but reviews are all positive , might be they asked HR team to fill positive feedback in glassdoor. carefull

Pro's of working here are as follow's : 1.)Work-Life Balance is very good here. 2.)Very friendly work culture and very supportive people in the organization. 3.)Appraisals are pretty decent here if you prove your worth. 4.)Senior leaders would always encourage you to learn and take up new courses and training's for your own growth by learning new skills.
Cons
There were no specific con's that I felt were there except for the part that, Projects / Opportunities for Fresher level is very less. You need to be skilled and have a few years of experience to bag out good projects here at Incubit.
