High level of work. If you are a hard worker the company will demand every ounce of your energy till you are exhausted. You are given holidays but you can’t use them that easily. No particular work-life balance, since planes fly 24x7 you are expected to be available 24x7. Lack of motivated/inspirational people around. Don’t expect a stimulating work environment. Bring your inspiration from home. Severe lack of planning around projects, everything is on the fly.
