None, except that you will learn to yell, shout and scream at work place and in personal life too.

    Cons

    1. Be ready to pack your bags and get lost anytime, irrespective of what level you are. 2. They will offer attractive package like Carrot to attract talent and start misbehaving once you are on board, as they know you can't change immediately. 3. This cheap real estate broker will go to any extent to extract business from an employee and follows no professional standards. 4. You may go with established background and experience but they don't care and take minutes to ask you to leave. 5. Monthly and weekly reviews are meant just to pull people down and tell them how incompetent they are. No discussions on Business Development. 6. Founders & COO is surrounded by cheapest people on Earth whose main job is to advise whom to expell, whom to grill, whom to insult. 7. Visit LinkedIn profiles of ex IndiaHomes and see their average stint at the organization. 8. Speak to minimum 2 - 3 existing or ex IndiaHomes employees before joining (ruining your career).
