Dignified work environment. Excellent camaraderie and team spirit. Organisation cares for you and your family. Good facilities and perks. Good work-life balance.

Bureaucratic and outdated processes. Very few leaders worth emulating at the higher levels. Favouritism on the basis of arm or service. Only Infantry gets the best, whether they deserve it or not. Pure meritocracy not followed. Limited growth opportunity.

A very challenging environment and a very encouraging workplace. The job entrusts each one with tremendous responsibility with authority to take decisions as deemed necessary. Very challenging to manage a talented and motivated workforce 24/7. Very good salary with perks and facilities.

No set work timings and sometimes the work pressure and deadlines are extremely challenging. One has to keep moving from place to place every 2 to 3 years along with family
