Pros
Good Training program for freshers. Great pay at par with all PSBs. Good perks/allowances. Loans with very low interest rate for employees. Annual no interest loans equal to gross pay - every year. Really great place to start your career and if you are comfortable with the PSB lifestyle- where things happen slowly but surely - this is a great bank to work at.
Cons
1. Politics. 2. Seniors take advantage of freshers knowledge gap and play their own agendas. Staff accountability will fall on freshers who are blindly trusting seniors. 3. Transfer policy - where implementation keeps changing based on who is at the helm at the HR department in CO.
