    None worthy of mention except for a few small irritants which one finds in any other industry/organisation.

    Pros

    Salary Is good, you will get allowances near to 10k

    Cons

    No weekends, youhave to work all days. Any weekday r may be weekend u will get rest.

    Advice to Management

    Grant weekend allowances for working on saturdayand sunday

    Take as work as you wish. Less peer competition.

    Railway is a very satisfying job.. It gives bonus and a lot of things...

    Nothing... If you are a that type of person who do your work properly... Then railway is good for you..

    Pros

    You will get credited at the end of month. I don't think there is any pros in this job.

    Cons

    Career progression is not there. It may happen that a SSE may not get a single promotion in whole service.
    Lot of pressure from senior management.
    There is no Work life balance.
    Risky job. You may be removed any time from service.

    Advice to Management

    Look after the above cons and try to get them rectified.

    Timely Salary and allowances, nothing else.

    Cons

    -you loose your self respect
    -all work and no name, only risks
    -still a British colonial system of worshipping seniors exists
