    Pros

    It is the life line of rail transport in india and being a part of working in one of tbe biggest network of Asia is a life time opportunity. I feel very proud to be a part of it.

    Cons

    Being a public Enterprises own by Govrenment of India, till now there is no competitor of it. It has monopoly in rail transport in india consequently modernization progress is very slow.

    Salary Is good, you will get allowances near to 10k

    Cons

    No weekends, youhave to work all days. Any weekday r may be weekend u will get rest.

    Grant weekend allowances for working on saturdayand sunday
