    Do not go in for Lean Structure of working. Lean structure should be adopted for manufacturing unit where automization is possible.

    Very good work life balance, facilities, but only if you are in the correct department.

    Pays less than market norms, too much politics and favoritism

    Pay people more if you make them work so much. Be objective in evaluating people and reduce the amount of politics in office.
