Top Management doesn't respect their employees. They talk to them like they are their servants. Management is greedy for money, for small work also they start asking for money. Resources are not there for work. No peace of mind, no work-life balance. Top management's ego is more important than the client. The top management has destroyed the good company.

Seriously? Publicis ... Office premise and on time Salary..... Are only good factors. But if you really want to lose your peace of mind to get all these.

Egoistic and half knowledge top management. They run this company like a kirana shop, they don't know how to talk, how to behave and how to work. Almost lost all of their top clients and now struggling to get all cheap works.
