Pay is good and on time. Benefits were good.
Cons
No vacations or time offs. Management has absolutely no leadership not maturity. Does not think out of the box. Not an employee oriented company despite all their revenue based on employee contributions.

I had lots of leeway since my manager was on the west coast.

Pay is every other week, which did not align with my client. Manager was inadequate, ignored emails regarding my contract from my client, and put his responsibilities on me. I was still contacted for timesheets after my time with them had well ended, so there is obvious miscommunication. Very little benefits for part-time employees. I was continuously called at 5 in the morning before I even worked for them to fill out paperwork and get my drug test done while I was on vacation.

30 or 31 or 1st on time salary. Direct clients and MSP module clients Good benefits : 2 leaves per month, 12 Holidays per annum, Healthcare, PF etc Decent incentives. Good work culture. They almost provide what corporate is providing. One of the very fast growing company in USA

Average Hikes. Position growth is bit difficult.
