Pros

Flexi Work Timings, Couple of good hedge fund based clients. Apart from these i could not find anything good about this company.

Cons

1. No Work Life Balance. 2. No respect for employees. 3. Hire and Fire Policies. 4. Policies are changed randomly without informing the employees. 5. 3 Months Notice Period and 2 -11 PM work timings. 6. Too much work pressure, everything is expected to complete in hours like 1-2 hours. 7. Some directors are too immature to handle the position and are bad in people management skill. 8. No Team kind of work culture. 9. Simply not a good place to work and try to avoid this work place. There are better companies in NCR.

Pros

1. Flat Heirarchy, 99% of the time you can actually walk to your director and talk to him. I believe that most companies do not have it. 2. Good Salary, but with the kind of work you do it's plain ok. 3. You get a chance to feel responsibility from day 1. 4. Some of the projects are great. 5. Great chances to go onsite in a short time, if that really matters to you.

Cons

1. Pathetic work culture, the office looks nothing more than a call center. 2. Too much work, I mean literally! The management will expect a lot out of you! 3. Quality of work is pathetic, most of the implementation projects are poorly built. The idea is too earn on support. 4. Timings are bad, they follow US timings since most of their clients are based in US. 5. HR is simply a slave of the management, the HR are dumb puppets of the management. 6. Not much technical exposure in majority of the projects. Apart from a couple of projects, every other project does not require or give a lot of technical exposure. 7. No Work/Life Balance, most of the employees will agree with this. Because of the timings and the work pressure, no one has a life outside the doors. 8. No facilities like Gym, Rest Rooms, etc. 9. US Calendar holidays in most of the projects.
