Person can learn multi tasks woking in IndusInd bank which will help ahead while promotions to each knowlegeable employee , IndusInd bank passenger vehicle department has all fantastic HODs , mainly fantastic support & guidance from Maharashtra SH Pankaj Pathak sir , ZH Nishand Babu sir , NSM Rajendranadh sir , NCM Prakash sir , Gujrat SH Sandip Chavda sir , Synergy Head R C Jaishankar sir , Bintoo Yadav sir , fantastic state office team (maharashtra gujrat both) mainly VaibhavJi & his all super team Gail madam, Kalpana madam, Renie madam, Rajan sir, NamitaJi, GJ team NimishaJi, MitaliJi, MH coordinator Deepakrao, mumbai business team , vadodara business / collection team , sanpada vadodara security team, Fantastic coordination to each employee from HR team SayanthanJi, VikasJi, PreetiJi, MangalaJi, lotz of love & respect to all indusind people i worked with.. Culture of entitlement, with a select few members of the inner coterie (old-timers) cornering most of the bonuses and prime roles Slow moving when compared with other private sector banks with very weak processes and support teams

Probation period is 6 months..in that you cannot opt for holidays only emergency leaves allowed

Pathetic environment and management to work and literally advise everyone skip the opportunity if available sometime in future also . Lacks technological advancements, lack in vision like one dream and inke goal , HR division is the worst I have ever seen no help and training available.
