I worked at Industrial Light & Magic full-time

    Pros

    * I cannot think of an experience at ILM that made me grateful to work there.

    Cons

    * No career progression or performance management. * Technology stack close to 20-30 years old. * Cliquey, non-inclusive technology department. * Very much a friends-hire-friends & friends-promote-friends situation. If you are a capable, diligent software engineer then save yourself and look elsewhere.
