      You will lose years of your life, it’s miserable!

      Pros

      The Christmas party is literally the only normal business operation they do, also its fun, and a little bonus is that upper management gets super drunk and end up telling some truths they should have told to begin with. Stay clear if the president, he’s super creepy.

      Cons

      Every single thing. You will be sucked dry every day, and leave work completely spent and then they still will not even give you kudos for your hard work.

      Pros

      It’s a small company so you will wear many hats and learn a lot in all areas of the business that will benefit you along your career. Health benefits are good.

      Cons

      Management is a disaster and the policies they have aren’t abided by. Women aren’t treated with respect and looked down upon. There is no chance for promotion there unless you’re apart of the “gentlemen’s club.” They will promise good things in the interview but they end up being illusions.

      Small, you get to work on cool products for major sports teams.

      Cons

      Absoltely no regard for the employee, management only cares about how much money they can earn and could care less about anyone else.
