I worked at Influitive full-time for more than a year

    Pros

"Innovative" is a term that gets tossed around loosely in the world of startups, but Influitive deserves to be labeled as such. They innovate in more ways than I would have thought possible before joining their team. It's a rare experience to join an enterprise tech startup that is working on a truly new concept. Simply attend an industry conference and you'll see what I mean. Every great idea is soon followed...

    Cons

Lots of pressure! If you want stability, join a large, profitable corporation. Influitive is a venture-backed startup, and the pressures and expectations are felt by all. You will know on a month to month basis how the business is doing, good or bad, and you will be expected to come up with ways to help move the needle in the right direction. Only the most qualified need apply!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. I always felt well taken care of.

I have been working at Influitive full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You get to work for a company that only has upside. Influitive has an enormous potential market and a product that the market wants. The management team is one of the best, putting a huge focus on learning, transparency, and empowerment. The people you get to work with are world class performers and it's amazing to get an opportunity to learn from them. The perks are at Google/Facebook level but I won't list them here...

    Cons

This comment is not a con, just a clarification. You should be coming into this role with the right mindset. Understand that this is a high growth startup with a lot of investors who have a stake in the company and need to see it succeed. The hours will be long, the work will be challenging, and the expectations will be high but in the end it will all be worth it.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Keep driving towards holacracy, it doesn't scare the employees, it makes us trust you. Keep focusing on culture so that it stays as awesome as it is right now.

I have been working at Influitive full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The top three things about Influitive are the following. 1) The technology. Influitive embraces technology to help us make our jobs easier. This may be a new Macbook Air, or any number of Google Apps 2) Great compensation and perks such as tri-weekly lunch and learns and fireside chats 3) Great team. It's fantastic to work with such a handpicked grouped of smart and passionate people

    Cons

There really are no cons to working at Influitive. Having worked at both startups and established corporations before there is nothing that I can complain about.

    Advice to Management

Please keep doing what you're going
