I have been working at InfoCision full-time

    Pros

    none. none. none. none. none.

    Cons

Low pay, highly stressful. I have never seen a company try so hard to appear like they care about their employees, while simultaneously actively screwing them. This goes for supervisors and lower level communicators.

I have been working at InfoCision full-time

    Pros

Most of the communicators will share openly their hatred and mistrust of the company with you.

    Cons

You will be trapped by the low pay and deceptively friendly attitude that masks an evil, greedy, sel-interested company.

I worked at InfoCision full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good environment, The people are great....Very Welcoming for the most part. Lots of different options and opportunity to grow. Very easy to get hired if you are looking for a job while you are still looking for jobs.

    Cons

High turnover due to extremely low pay. Not a competitive wage for the industry. They are sales people, you will get sold a job and a pipedream...You may even get sold a promotion with promise of better pay in the future or better "Bonus" opportunity. A lot of the support staff never see that bonus though because it is dependent on things you absolutely can not control...i.e. employee hours, retention etc. They will always try to put a positive spin on things but the truth is they will take advantage of you if you let them. They will continue to assign you more and more tasks letting you think it will benefit you in the future if you "prove yourself" Its all just a pipe dream though. There are too many executives and directors with unbelievably high price tags eating up the payroll budget preventing the people who actually work hard to get a decent livable wage. So you end up wasting years of your career chasing the Infocision Dream until you get brave enough to find something better.
