      Supportive colleagues, the only thing that keeps people going here.

      • Working with management and often the clients is extremely frustrating and draining. • Demands are constant, unreasonable, and often disrespectful. • There is a recurring attitude that employees are beneath them and not treated with basic respect. • Some individuals act as if they are superior and more knowledgeable about the job despite lacking understanding of the work. • The overall environment is stressful and demoralizing due to lack of respect and excessive pressure.

      The hostile management of Informatic Technologies creates a toxic work atmosphere. Employees here are regularly abused and insulted, and the awful treatment by the management results in a stressful work environment and low workplace morale. The management will make you feel like an outcast because it's how the leadership manipulates you.

      I didn't feel comfortable or welcomed in any way. I felt alone most of the time. Maybe if you like working alone, then you'll be fine I guess.

      The cliques within the workplace made it hard for other employees to feel included or at least feel welcomed. Management is hostile, so there's no one I could rely on for support. Small mistakes are taken seriously and it's so stressful avoiding them and tiptoeing around management the entire time!
