      You can have a great work-life balance, and the upper Management is alway there to support and help you. They will appreciate you for all small big achievement abut will also understand you and support you when you make any mistake.

      Good Base Salary. Decent Benefits, Freedom to choose projects, Good management, Nice support staff, plent of opportunities

      Cons

      No dental and vision benefits. No 401K plan offered. Not much support for mentoring, training or junior candidates! More suited for experienced consultants
