    Pros

    Flexibility to work from home

    Cons

Overwhelming work pressure. No attention to individual growth. Micromanagement and politics.

    Advice to Management

You cannot achieve the numbers without keeping your employees motivated. Attrition is super high and you are still not bothered so long as your numbers are made. Quality is of no importance.

I worked at Information Services Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    1. Work life balance 2. Small company. Hence you get to explore every process. ( Only out of your interest and if your leaders support) 3. Office location 4. Flexibility

    Cons

    1. No Exit interview concept 2. Cheap laptops provided for employees for official work which mostly doesn't even work 3. Management is least interested in employees feedback 4. Very bad and unhygienic office and restrooms and canteen 5. Best for those who have no goals to reach a better position 6. Recognitions and promotions are provided not based on the knowledge but based on the relationship you have with... the leadership. (Just get food/invite/go for shopping/party with the leaders and your promotion is guaranteed) 7. One man show. India head/resource manager would decide your fate in this company. No authority given to HR/Legal or any other managers associated. Impress him and your life is set

    Advice to Management

close down the company if you do not know how to value an employee. First company to see where no exit interview process has been mandated
