      Pros

The first and foremost thing is that Infosys is a brand named company with friendly environment where the people will have much fun and learn many more new things every day. There is a great management with great work by having a revival mode, employing new technologies and approach. There are many good onsite opportunities if you survive for more than three to four years. If one has any idea about going for higher studies then Infosys in the right choice to make as there will be a less work pressure on the people, such that we can prepare for any given exams.

      Cons

The quality of work in this company is much low as compared to the market, which it has a very less yearly hikes. There are a lot of ups and downs with the salary. The salary hikes and bounces sometimes which in result will lag the competitors. Mainly there is a less salary for the freshers as compared with the other companies. And if you look into the higher job level, the salary distributed is ok. There should be an average working hours of about 9.15 yearly and there is not much challenging work to do and it had no hard coding. Not a good place if you are a coding lover.

      Slowest Career Growth

      Pros

Training is good only if you are kept in the field you wanted to be, the allocation of the stream(development, testing, support, mainframe) is random, even if you scored extremely good percentage in generic training and coding assessment in first attempt you can end up getting allocated to testing, mainframe or support kind of stream, and people who cleared in last attempt or somehow just cleared the assessment ends up getting best steams like IOS, Java, IOT, etc.

      Cons

Joined as a fresher and even saw lateral entry people struggling, salary hikes are not up to the market value as per experience. Don't ever expect that you'll get to work in domain (like development specific as per your aspirations) people having experience in one domain/field of more than 8-9 years are moved to another domain and asked to work in that with same set of words as reply if asked "as per client requirements you need to work, that could be in support or testing or etc" without even hearing or considering in which field his employee is best or have experience. 3 months notice period once confirmed which makes very difficult in switching.

      Pros

Infosys provides the best training that you can ever undergo (My personal Experience). ... Less stressful work so you can learn other technologies side by side if you wish. Infosys provides Good facilities and has a good infrastructure to maximize the use of all possible options.
