Off-topic - I want to buy a car which will cost me around 20L. But I don't know driving. I know I can learn it in driving schools but don't want to risk dents and scratches on my new car. So, I'm planning to buy a 2nd hand car first in the budget of 3-4L. So firstly, is it even possible to get a good car within 3-4L budget? If yes, then which models? And from where to buy? Please help.

Can we buy a property in the UK from India? A 1 crore property in the UK would probably provide a rental income of 70-80k a month. Mortgage emi would be 40k a month. So it’s effectively just the down payment we have to shell out and the rent would pay the mortgage. And we get a regular income. Any inputs? 😄 Deloitte India KPMG India Infosys Cognizant

Hi All, need your suggestion, i graduated in stream of computer science in 2019. and i started job with BT in January 2020 in network support domain. its nearly 4 years now, i don't see any much growth in this field. i want to switch in software field as a developer. is it possible to get job in software company and and tell do i have chance to get work and i wanna know that is this experience counts ?

Hello Fishes, I am currently working as a full-stack software engineer with over 1 year of experience, and my current annual CTC is 14 LPA. My tech stack includes React, Python, MySQL, Docker, deployment of projects, and I am also a Red Hat Certified System Administrator. I am considering changing my current company and would like to know what salary range I can expect in my job search.
