      Pros

      Flexible timings. If you're going to join in mobility, then definitely you're going to have good time. You will have good work life balance.

      Pros

      Work Life balance only if you are lucky enough to get a good project

      Cons

      No personal growth, The condition in this pandemic is very poor, salary cuts, HR is really poor, No encouragement pay hikes for employees, arrogant managers. They are just behind billing, They don't appreciate good resource

      Pros

      1) Friendly Management & office culture. Higher management is always reachable 2) Good work-life balance with plenty of work from homes 3) On paper hikes were decent(Note: On paper only) 4) Technically always par ahead of many service-based companies in the market. Always in the front line to inculcate the latest technologies 5) Hikes and Promotions were easily given 6) Family members can easily get a job. More than a four dozen such people are hanging around 7) No issue, if you fail to deliver. You will always get the helping hand immediately. But the only concern in a few cases is, he may a fresher or a person does not know that technology. At the end, help is help. Say thanks and give a Smile.

      Cons

      1) Clients were overly promised regarding the abilities of techies and this heavily impacts while delivering. The sales team always gives you 30% of the time than required to deliver. Most of the projects failed to deliver because of the short delivery periods. 2) The quality of the projects delivered are extremely bad. No proper project management. 3) All short term projects, short term deliveries, high no of patchworks, regression work, high pressure, weekends consumed and the end of the day quality missed because of lack of time to do the job properly 4) I was assigned to a project saying 5 Yrs Experience when I am a fresher. Client expectation was high, no senior member in the team to guide, that was my first project and I failed to understand the basics of the project requirements also. 5) Clients' money and time wasted. 6) No team-building happens, some random people will be assigned to a project. If we have any trouble, again a random person will be assigned. 7) I was given a person who does not know Python to fix the issues in the project on Python Web Framework. Understand how irresponsible the management when executing the project, they just assign someone and say we gave you a person, but what to do with them is your headache. They always need a scapegoat 8) Salary cut, last time 2018-2019 cycle, I was given a 13.7% hike, which is decent. But they started salary cuts from the very month, when I calculate the overall increase money which I received, it was just 5%. When you already knew, you are going to deduct the salary, why you put high numbers on paper. Are you fooling employees? 9) You will be put in 2 to 3 projects at a time and expectations will be high and most of the times this impact your overall performance

      Pros

      Updated technology, Flexible timings, Work life balance (the project i had worked). Don't correlate to other projects.

      Cons

      Not Paid proper salary said company is running in losses and they want to mitigate the lose by deducting the employee salary Unanswerable HR's and Higher officials
