Pros
My co-workers were the best part of the job
Cons
Management changed the work environment from friendly to tolerant to toxic. Mishandling, mismanagement and mistreatment of employees, customers and product creation. ( or rather non creation)Management does not fulfill contract obligations. Do not take the bonus plan, you will not get paid. Owner does not take accountability of his actions or lack of actions. Lost a lot of great and knowledgeable employees You will be overstretched across multiple timezones without a work/personal life balance.

Pros
There are great people work here who really want to do their best for their colleagues and the customers. Amazing customers that are very knowledgable of the medical device industry, with great clout within the industry and their individual businesses. Customers trust their vendor partner and are supportive of the hyper growth that is happening at Innovit in spite of the difficulties that are apparent. When you have family commitments, management is very understanding. The software is headed in the right direction but needs a lot more to get where they want it to be. At one point this was a great company to work for..for example during COVID, management worked very hard to make sure that we had no layoffs. Product management from 2018 - 2021 was fantastic. If you can have a modicum of success here, when you leave you will be pleasantly surprised by how successful you can be. The work is hard but you will learn A LOT and you will be able to take it to wherever you need to go...however it takes a special person to be successful here.
Cons
Management revolves around one person. Nobody else is allowed to make decisions. Work time varies day to day. Difficult to set up a schedule. Example: work at 6am-8am to work with EU and work the rest of the day to support US and work at 10-11pm to wok with AUS. Unspoken rule to stretch your abilities. You are expected to go above and beyond and be ok with it. There is no such thing as being hired for a job and only doing that job. Expectations change on a daily basis and priorities change on a daily basis. There is a lack of trust from upper management which has caused people to not take initiative, not work independently, not make decisions and push all decisions to one person...who inevitably stops any and all progress.

Pros
There are handful of good people left
Cons
The owner of the company is insane and has created the most toxic culture I've ever been apart of. He runs the company on a shoestring budget, the company is running out of money and it's all because of him. He micromanages and has his hand in everything and is the expert on everything and he's the bottleneck to getting actual work done. He treats his employees terribly, doesn't pay his employees on time or months overdue. He talks down to his employees, talks badly behind employees back and continually stirs the pot. It's simply unacceptable the way he treats people and this ship is sinking because of his lack leadership.
