      The people I worked with were great. Nice family environment. The benefits were good and they will pay for education

      Mangers believe in micromanagement and no room for advancement. You are only as good as your last deliverable or review.

      Pros

      I felt the dynamics of my group promoted a healthy and challenging work environment. Never got bored, always had opporutnities to learn and grow technically. I also enjoyed a flexible work schedule which was critical to me. The afterhours demands were plenty but there was always appropriate functional overlap.

      Cons

      Upper management's communication to the employees was often vague and this fostered suspicion regarding the direction of the company which ultimately proved to be right on.
