Pros

Good pay, okay benefits, good location

Cons

Inspira does not care about their employees! They are willing and comfortable cutting entire departments in half in one day while lying to employees for months about the future of the company. They have fired people while they were away on medical leave. The main focus of the company is to acquire more companies while maintaining the same, old, broken processes that the core Inspira company utilizes. This puts major strain on all employees, who are expected to go above and beyond by doing the work for what would traditionally be multiple roles without being compensated for the extra work. This, coupled with an extremely toxic environment from middle/upper management, makes working at Inspira a horrible experience for many.

Keeps getting worse. No trust for the Management.

Pros

There's a lot of opportunities for growth in their systems. Benefits are good, including some tuition/student debt assistance.

Cons

The reasons for their growth is because there is so much waste, they're outdated, and there's a lack of direction from management. It is interesting to see even my own supervisors struggle with getting direction. I also do not trust anyone at this company anymore. Things are promised, and then taken away or policies change. They were 100% remote, and claimed that you can come in whenever once things got back to normal, but it was never like that - now we need to be in the office twice a week. I was told my job would be one thing, and it flat out is not. A number of employers work extra hours making up for management's mistakes, and there's no recognition to the employees.
