Pros

The residents and their families are wonderful. The employees are hard workers.

Cons

Integracare doesn't care about the staff or residents, only thing they care about is fill that bed. Always under staffed, complain about over time pay and do not adhere to state laws when it comes to staffing especially in the Alzheimer's units. The E.D.'s must not have background checks done because the E.D. at our facility should not even be allowed by law to be in charge of anyone let alone the elderly & Alzheimer's residents

Pros

99% of Corporate are awesome. Most are supportive, kind, and are good listeners. Beautiful buildings, residents got great care at least in the building I worked in. Cant speak for the others. The company provides excellent trainings for management and treats management very well monetarily.

Cons

Needs to not work its management to death. People do not want to be married to their job. Management does not want to work as aides because of staff shortages day after day. Pay a higher wage to keep everyone happy. Watch how your turnover decreases if you do! Also, Its sad that there is one "snake" that works at corporate who is basically a "bully". Treats a select few people as if they are trash and makes their lives miserable until they leave. Steals others ideas and uses them as their own to make themselves look good. Very sneaky-yet is so convincing to others!

pay is ok if making bonus but without is very poor considering time/effort put in

Cons

They tell you "employees first" but that is not true at all. All that matters is occupancy. They do not care about you, your family or the residents. A true wolf in sheep clothing company. to work there you must be willing to lie to people and give residents inferior care ( sometimes leading to death). TERRIBLE sexual harassment from corporate office. VERY poor benefits and extremely high turnover.
