its not recruiting company; it is call center too much micromanagement seen lot of termination with no reason phones are not allowed 60+ daily calls target have to work on US holidays blank calls are imp not submission only once in the lunch break phone is allowed - it means keep you family and friend away good for fresher but not for 1+ years of recruiter prohire will activate after 5mins - so stick to monitor or mouse for 9hrs for sure have to close $50 above bill rate reqs - as per mgmt mgmt dont trust on any employee - cctv all around they called them self growing company but still behave like a childish called family but don't know the F director cry's for everything weekly meeting are fake if you are joining the company plz ask the HR (in english) - what was the reason of last 5 recruiter terminated/left. Seen termination with no valid reason fro recruiter in less than a week who came to pune from outstation. I mean WTF supplement plz.... to be continued soon
