- Overworked, for a non-competitive salary
- Management communication with lower team individuals is non-existent, its like they dont care
- The team structures are absolutely unorganized and the projects team does not communicate with the individuals whom need to know certain information to do their jobs, I.e helpdesk, onsite, etc.
- Management makes very poor decisions without asking employees
- CTO is very mean, walks around acting like a god who doesn't have time to interface with 'normal' workers - Holds his team to the gold standard and could care less what happens to anyone else.
- No REMOTE WORKING - They cite productivity but literally have never tried it, also one of the most productive individuals is a remote worker
- Tribal knowledge that makes your job harder
