• Performed the role of salesforce developer in the organization. • Involved in Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC) for building customized components replacing the existing VisualForce pages. • Analyzed the business requirements and customize standard CRM functionality, and developed new custom functionality.

Cons

• Worked on data migration from various systems into Salesforce CRM using Power Center, Excel Connector and Data Loader. • Created email-to-cases, automated-responses, assignment rules, email alerts and templates for Case Management.

Pros

Great mission in this time where addiction is at an all time high. You get to help so many people. Fair compensation.

Cons

Compliance Officer is a bully. She finds a new target every few weeks and works endlessly to get them fired or bullies them into quitting. She frequently uses psycho-babble to talk down to others. It's quite unfortunate that the CEO doesn't see it or doesn't care because numbers look good on paper. Most people are afraid to go to HR or the CEO in order not to get on her bad side. The worst part is that she is very intelligent but she's hateful.

Salaries are not commensurate with skill - but might have changed since. High turnover rate for frontline staff. Ego maniac compliance officer that abuses her power and clients!
