Earlier it was related to office place but now they moved to a new big premises.

Need some project information while assigning a project for a person, this helps the developer to work accordingly. Need improvement in Cafeteria, and no canteen facilities,

Pros

1) Joining hike can be as high as 100%. So consider staying there for 1 year max. 2) Avg yearly hike 80K INR, no matter how bad you perform. 3) Very helpful HR persons but yeah exceptions are there. 4) Small scale company, No productive /innovative work here. So work -life balance is good. Since only 2% of there revenue comes from projects other than Siemens. 5) If by any policy change in Siemens , all the contractor thrown out of company (which happens every once in two years) they can afford to keep you on Intelizign payroll for next 4 months, which is not the case with other Body-shopping companies of that category. 6)All in all, If you are in a phase of life where you need to keep a low profile job with lots of time for yourself and money is not a concern, You will love the culture here. For ambitious and people with bigger dreams should not waste their time here.

1) Freaking 4 months of Notice period with no negotiation. (No Service/Product company would do that since they are body-shopping brand for Siemens they keep it this way). 2) No brand value. Switching from here into any non-PLM company would be next to impossible. You wont get calls from any BIG firms if you keep Intelizign name in the resume. Irony is you wont even realize it until its too late . 3) Maximum hikes varies from 1.2-1.4 lakhs, It could be 25% for some or 6% for some. But no more than 1.4lakhs. 4) No Policy for people who are offered to go to ON-SITE (Germany) from Siemens. So if Siemens wants you to send Germany but intelizing couldnt make a gold digging deal out of it, you wont be able to make it. 5) They won't even mind to threat people if they reject to work as per there wishes. Some times even legal threats. Idea is to keep them hanging with Siemens so that they get maximum commission. 5) If you consider yourself confident, talented and ambitious in life, you will waste your precious time here. Most of the people stuck with them after 4 years since they left no skills and no brand value in their resumes.

The management is very bad, bossy and not employee friendly. Higher management does not listen to employees and favours their mangers below. No work life balance and u realistic expectations from employees. Bosses talks to employees in very humiliating way.
