      Coworkers are nice people, there are holiday parties and a ping pong table

      Cons

      No onboarding/training; you are expected to start working right away without any platform knowledge Backend is atrocious Poorly managed internal infrastructure Engineering resources spread too thin Poor work-life balance Sh*t pay/wages Direct quote from management: “we don’t like the ‘it’s not my job attitude’ here at IntelyCare” which means that you’ll be doing anything they tell you to even if it is unrelated to your skillset

      Free Food Benefits are ok Not much else

      Cons

      No work life balance Empty Promises Work you till you burn out Doesn't listen to Employees or Experience Unrealistic deadlines you will work 12 hour days I had meetings from 9am to 9pm more often then not Crap runs down hill

      UTD. I was not able to see positions/salaries until the onboarding was completed.

      Cons

      I gave up part way through the on boarding process....not user friendly and way to complicated for a PRN position. My documents were continually denied and/or deleted.

      The ability to pick a shift, last minute .

      Cons

      Rude, they never answer your questions whether by phone or text. They never speak with you once hired. They hold onto your money for weeks and are not held accountable. They don't care about you. They are the worst employers i ever had i over 20 years.

      Convenience of variety in shift selection

      Cons

      Work on levels so you are only offered local shifts once you reach a certain level They start off paying well and within like 2 months the pay offered is significantly lower Trying to get payroll issues resolved is terrible because whoever answers phone tries to handle the issues and will not transfer to hr They are aware how facilities treat agency staff, and they do not attempt to contact them

      Pros

      Work on your own schedule. Great pay. App makes it easy to pick up shifts. Friendly customer service representatives.

      Cons

      Shift cancellations are common. Also, my area only has one facility available, so shifts are almost never available.
