      Good Employee benefits like Meals, Transport etc. Good work environment. Pay scale is average but not bad. Eight hour shift. Security for female employees.

      Cons

      Lesser growth opportunities. Cost pressures are leading company to lower it's standard. Lack of professionalism. People Managers need to be more broad minded and open about certain things.
