Intergage has a genuine family feel and everyone is very supportive of one another. The delivery team are a fantastic group of people, all of which are very knowledgeable and really care about the quality of their work. Personal development and growth are two massive pros to working with Intergage and if you are of the right mindset there really is no limit to how far you can go with the mentorship of the managers and CEO. This is an exciting time to join Intergage as they refocus and become the Intergage Marketing Engineers, part of the Intergage Group with ambitious plans for growth and improvement of internal processes. Also, you're treated as an adult with the ability to manage your own schedule, working a 4-day week if you choose to.
