      Pros

      productive environment you can sit wherever you want inside office to work

      Cons

      worst leave policy. there is no carry forward option. there is no encash. Should not take sick leave on monday or friday. LOL there is no flexi in timing. have to follow 9.30 to 5.30 which will not workout everybody there wont be any HR activities. thank god came out from company last year.

      Pros

      When I first started here five years ago, it was an excellent team with lots of room for advancement and we grown together.

      Cons

      I thought that the management's objective had shifted at some point, and they made layoffs under the guise of the recession in order to present the company as more profitable. Employees and previous employees endured great hardships and laboured. I'll not recommend anyone to this organisation.

      Good organization for freshers Easy to learn with friendly atmosphere. It is possible to update yourself. Possibility to change from data to another team (Tester or Developer).

      Cons

      Title only Data Analyst, But what we have done is data research only. Slow career growth If you are in the data team, it is hard to develop yourself; same routine work is required. If you are a developer, you will have scope. Job security (Company shutdown without prior information)
