I worked at Intuit for less than a year

    Pros

Intuit has by far, the most intelligent people working there. I loved the willingness of fellow employees to help until the problem was resolved. Great surroundings and on-site facilities (volleyball and basketball courts, gym, cafeteria, tech desk, and even a masseuse, bicycle parking, electric vehicle charging stations, etc.).

    Cons

The majority of positions where the actual work is being done are contractor positions. So when the project hits a milestone, the contractors are let go. The employees must find projects to work on themselves.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Intuit full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

some good people, benefits are pretty good

    Cons

terrible management & leadership. they are dishonest and manipulative. it's all about politics, budgets/headcount, perceived power. promotions are all politics too. there's little to no concept of skill development, and anything that exists is all for show.

I have been working at Intuit full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Loving CEO; Caring EVP of People and Places. I couldn't imagine the burden they carry day and night, but the compassion for employees and customers is genuine, especially during this pandemic.

    Cons

Long hours, but leadership encourages us to take the time we need to refresh. Not a lot of companies would do that for their employees.
