Cheap low pay and also withholding income

Cons
low pay, bad morale, side shows to change the topic from low pay to something else (like speech instead of a raise or weekly trivia schedule instead of pay raises and promotions) are big problems also don't pay under 75% quota unfair. Thats right no pay if you make 60-70% of assigned quota.

They pay really really high that is why I perform so well (cough) Highest grade premium pay attracted me and my high rev coworkers
Cons
Cannot think of any it's not like they don't have career progression, annual pay raise, great beenfits and super independence oh yeah it's not like they don't have super training C9ough cough)
